To Casa Querencia: We want to express the appreciation that you were willing to open up your lovely home in Punta Mita in early August. It was the occasion of our 50th wedding anniversary when we had the opportunity to bring along our 4 daughters, 4 sons-in-law, and 9 grandchildren to your marvelous home. The architecture of the home is fantastic. The artwork that is scattered throughout truly enhances it. The landscaping of the grounds and the facilities is phenomenal.

All of this is only exceeded by the hospitality of your staff. We are in the hotel and restaurant business here in Michigan, and would hope that all of our visitors are able to enjoy the same level of experience that we had in your lovely home.

I spent my 60th birthday at your villa with 13 friends, and don’t know where to start…

The staff! Of course your villa and grounds are perfect, but the staff made it add up to the best experience. Paco and the other staff members were always one step ahead of 14 girls! I cannot give them enough praise.

My husband and I have stayed at the Four Seasons and St Regis, and we are always looking for the next best meal. Neither of those hotels hold a candle to your chef. There wasn’t one dish that wasn’t perfect. All of his dishes were clean, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The girls were all surprised to come home and not have gained any weight.

The villa is more spectacular than I expected. The massive grounds were initially intimidating as I put three girls down at the casitas. But the steps to the lower grounds/casita were an easy walk and well lit for my guests.

The seven masseuse were outstanding. They came to the house and 14 girls received massages in two hours. It was like a dance how well-coordinated they were.

I am still on cloud nine from the weekend and I hope to stay again with couples. You have a very special villa.

What a perfect 50th birthday getaway at this unbelievably beautiful home and location! We love Punta Mita and have visited often. This was by far our best experience yet.

The planning part of a trip like this can be stressful, but Andrea, the property manager, made the process so smooth. It was amazing how well she handled all the requests we had.

Being there was everything we hoped for and much more. Casa Querencia is in my opinion on the best beach in Punta Mita, and the home itself is everything you would hope it to be. I can’t imagine there is another property in Punta Mita that offers as much as this home does. It’s truly like staying at your own personal boutique resort.

What made our trip one of the best ever though is the staff. We truly can’t express how they made our trip so exceptional. The best way to put it is Pancho, Paco, Sergio and Vicky felt like good friends by the time we had to say goodbye. We will definitely visit again.

Pancho made great margaritas and attended to our needs while Teresa made gourmet meals — some of the best we have enjoyed in our many PV trips! Once you’ve been to Casa Querencia, it’s hard to vacation anywhere else! The warm hospitality, beautiful home, bright with the colors of Mexico combined with every amenity you could imagine, topped off with a range of activities to fit every interest, sun-drenched beaches, homemade meals, and special moments with family and friends around the huge dining room table, all create a luxurious, action-packed or deeply relaxing vacation that you and your family will never forget.

The Husteds

We loved that the house feels secluded and private and yet is wide open and looking out to the sea. We loved that there was so much to do at the house itself — margaritas in the cocktail pool, exercise in the lap pool, no end of balconies and comfy chairs for sunning and reading and just hanging out. We loved that it was so close to a perfect beach for walking and body surfing. One of our favorite nights was walking right out of the house and down the empty beach and ending up in a little hotel for a fabulous dinner. And we loved the colors — inside and out!

The Sperrys

My husband and I were looking for a very special trip for a graduation gift for our youngest daughter, but also hoped to sneak in a relaxing getaway for ourselves and our older children. Casa Querencia was the answer! This is not “a house” but a vacation destination in its own right.

Our daughter and her friends had plenty of space (including separate wings for girl’s and boy’s rooms), non-stop activities (swimming, paddle boarding, basketball, yoga on the beach), and much-desired privacy (heading down to the beachfront palapa for afternoon swims and naps.)

Meanwhile, we adults were equally spoiled in our master suites, sunbathing or reading in hammocks poolside, and sipping margaritas by the fire pit as the sun set each evening. Everyone indulged in the heavenly guacamole, salsa, and fresh fish, chicken and beef dishes prepared from scratch each meal. And, the sweet ocean breezes and spectacular sunsets””not to mention the spacious jacuzzi pool—brought us together each evening.

Already, the kids are asking when they can go back! From the quality of the home, the elegant service and amenities, and the beauty and diversity of on-site and nearby activities, Casa Querencia and Punta Mita are truly a slice of heaven. We’ll definitely be back.

Thank you for another amazing week in paradise! Andrea and Pancho ensured that we experienced the best of Punta Mita. Maggy’s food was excellent and the rest of the staff made us feel so welcome and relaxed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We were pampered, well fed, entertained and felt completely refreshed within a few days. What a special place you have created here.

We only had five days to enjoy Casa Querencia, but it was the best! We just returned from six weeks in the South Pacific, and this beat the whole trip! Pancho, Maggy, Patty and Dario made our visit the greatest. They treated us like family”…. better actually than our own family. Hopefully we will return soon and spend more time.
